The scene : Panahi secretly shoots most of the film in Tehran and its surroundings: Vahid's mechanics workshop in a peripheral neighborhood, alleys, interiors, an abandoned parking lot, and the desert where Vahid attempts to bury Eghbal. A few days before the end, the camera finally leaves the car for the final sequence, filmed in the middle of the city and in broad daylight.
